Ingredients
1 lb 44 Farms Angus Ground Beef
1 tsp 44 Farms Salt & Pepper Blend
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
32 oz Velveeta Cheese
24 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes with Chilis
1/2 c Milk
Instructions
Heat a cast iron pot over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbs. canola oil and ground beef.
Cook ground beef for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Use a spoon to break up ground beef into small pieces.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and canned tomatoes with chilis.
Cook for five minutes, stirring every few minutes.
Add cheese and milk.
Heat until melted and smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with crumbled queso fresco, pico de gallo and cilantro leaves.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
Chef's Tip
Dip can be served in a cast iron pan to ensure it stays warm for an extended period of time.
