Heat 2 inches of water in a pot. Add franks and simmer until heated through.

In a small bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, 44 Farms Salt & Pepper Blend, olive oil, vinegar and herbs.

Place 2 Tbs of herb mayo on each of the hot dog buns. Place one strip of bacon on one side. Place frank in the bun and top with tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

Serve with your favorite kettle chips.

Chef's Tip

Once hot dogs are heated through, hold them at or above 140º for no longer than 4 hours, or if kept at room temperature, 2 hours.
