Aiden at the store was a gem. I had driven down from Dallas to secure the smoked Prime Rib for the holidays and unfortunately there were none available. My fault for not calling ahead but she was so gracious to get my information to alert me when it came in. I wasn't expecting a call back, most businesses won't, but Aiden called me literally the minute the delivery truck left the ranch. I explained that I had just arrived home and wouldn't be able to drive back that same day. She was so gracious and told me to call back Monday to arrange delivery. Best customer service ever. We were fans of 44 Farms before, hence the willingness to drive 4 hours for a Prime Rib, but this interaction has made us forever customers.

I didn’t get the black bag. And the reason I put in the order was because of the free coffee. The email said you have until midnight to get the coffee but you said i was to late. The resealable strip on the coffee was only fastened to one side so it didn’t work. The meat was frozen and in good condition. And always tasty.

Everything I have ordered has been exceptional except the chuck roast. Very tough and chewy for a prime cut. Just a heads up for you guys
